I created Soul Sessions to give you a closer look at your current state of health and wellbeing and a clear, achievable path to balance. More than focusing on one aspect of your life and story, we’ll look at it all through the lense of both modern and ancient wisdom to uncover what’s holding you back.

- The Ayurvedic Assessment… 75 minute 1-on-1 Skype or in person private consultation, recorded so that you can review it later.
- Wellness Plan… Your personalized plan for success, confirming your dosha, summarizing your imbalances and providing Ayurvedic insights, and uniquely tailored suggestions for foods, activities and actions to bring balance and bliss to your mind, body and soul.
