Coconut Mango Lassi

This Coconut Mango Lassi is a perfect cooling beverage for a hot day! Mango lassi is an Indian tradition that cools the body without slowing things down too much (mango is slightly warming).


Serves 2; Prep + Cooking time: 10 mins


What’s in it:


  • 2 cups cubed ripe mango
  • 1 1/2 cups plain coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional) (depending on the sweetness of mango)
  • Handful of ice cubes (optional)


How to make it:


Add all ingredients into a blender.  Blend until smooth.  Pour into a glass and enjoy!
