Coconut Mango Lassi
This Coconut Mango Lassi is a perfect cooling beverage for a hot day! Mango lassi is an Indian tradition that cools the body without slowing things down too much (mango is slightly warming).

What’s in it:
- 2 cups cubed ripe mango
- 1 1/2 cups plain coconut yogurt
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp honey (optional) (depending on the sweetness of mango)
- Handful of ice cubes (optional)
How to make it:
Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
