Autumn Tea
Autumn can be challenging for some. This is a nice balancing Autumn Tea for some of the issues that can arise in autumn season (i.e. anxiety, mental emotional or digestive upsets). It also includes a few elements for building immunity. It’s a satisfying alternative to chai, is easy to make, and is beautiful to sip!
Serves 1: Prep + Cooking Time: 10 mins
What’s in it:
- 2 teaspoons fennel syrup
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 – 3 mint leaves
- 2 cups water
How to make it:
Place the ginger into a teapot strainer and top with boiling water. Allow to steep for 3 – 5 minutes. Add the mint leaves and allow to steep for a minute longer. Pour ginger mint tea into cups and sweeten with fennel syrup.
