Autumn Tea

Autumn can be challenging for some.  This is a nice balancing Autumn Tea for some of the issues that can arise in autumn season (i.e. anxiety, mental emotional or digestive upsets).  It also includes a few elements for building immunity.  It’s a satisfying alternative to chai, is easy to make, and is beautiful to sip!

Serves 1: Prep + Cooking Time: 10 mins

What’s in it:

  • 2 teaspoons fennel syrup
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 – 3 mint leaves
  • 2 cups water

How to make it:

Place the ginger into a teapot strainer and top with boiling water. Allow to steep for 3 – 5 minutes. Add the mint leaves and allow to steep for a minute longer. Pour ginger mint tea into cups and sweeten with fennel syrup.
