When it comes to eating…  

One of my goals is for YOU to develop an intimate relationship with your food and your body.

For too long we’ve put things into our body without a real comprehensive understanding(or inquiry) of how said things might actually affect our body, mind and spirit.  And let me tell you, the food you put into your body has a much greater potential to affect who you are than you might realize!

So a good deal of my focus around a particular recipe will be to point out the energetic qualities of the whole and it’s constituent parts, to highlight foods that might be more appropriate for a particular season(or even climate regardless of season), or condition,  and to bring YOUR attention to how everything from preparing to eating these foods makes you feel physically, mentally and emotionally.

I have a bunch of online favorite food blogs from which I will feature recipes.  I’ll also throw in a few of my own on occasion and I would LOVE to feature YOUR favorite recipes to give you a view into the Ayurvedic benefits(and costs) of what’s cooking at your house!  So feel free to submit your favorites!

And given that food is such a big part of our lives and who we are,  I’m happy to answer your questions about food and the part it plays(from an Ayurvedic point of view) in your experience of bliss…!
